Our half-day experiences start from £2,500 for groups of 10–50. Full-day away days start from £6,000 for 20–150 participants. Multi-day retreats are priced on a bespoke basis depending on group size, duration, and activities. Our planning fee covers coordination and management — venue, catering, and supplier costs are presented separately with full transparency.

For half-day experiences, 4–6 weeks is usually sufficient. Full-day away days work best with 6–10 weeks' notice to secure the best venues and suppliers. Multi-day retreats ideally need 10–16 weeks. That said, we've delivered exceptional events in as little as 2 weeks for urgent briefs.
