Every event is different, so we don't publish fixed prices. Our minimum engagement starts at £5,000 and scales based on guest count, venue, production complexity, and service scope. You will always receive a full proposal with transparent, itemised costings before any commitment — no hidden fees, no surprises after sign-off.
Full event management covers everything from concept and creative direction through to venue sourcing, supplier procurement, logistics planning, on-the-day coordination, and post-event debrief. You get a single senior contact who owns the entire process — not a coordinator handing you off between departments. Every detail is managed so you and your guests can be fully present.
Contingency planning is built into every event from the start — not bolted on as an afterthought. We are fully insured with public liability and professional indemnity cover, prepare detailed risk assessments, and brief every supplier on backup protocols. On the day, our team manages the floor with a live run-of-show so issues are resolved before anyone notices.
Yes. We supply full risk assessments, method statements, public liability and professional indemnity certificates, and any additional compliance documentation your venue or procurement team requires. For clients who need NDAs or enhanced confidentiality protocols, these are available on request as standard.
For large-scale events, conferences, and premium venue bookings, 3–6 months is ideal. For smaller gatherings or events with flexible venue requirements, 6–8 weeks can work well. That said, we have delivered events on shorter timelines when the brief is clear — so it is always worth a conversation, even if your date is close.
