As much or as little as you like. Some clients want to be closely involved in every decision; others prefer to share their vision upfront and leave the detail to us. We adapt our process to suit your preference — you will always have final approval on key choices, but you will never be overwhelmed with logistics.
Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us with a clear idea of what they want. We take that vision and develop it into a detailed plan — refining the concept, sourcing the right suppliers, and handling the execution so the result matches what you had in mind.
Discretion is built into how we work. We manage guest lists, supplier access, and event communications carefully. If your event requires additional privacy measures — restricted photography, NDAs, or controlled access — we plan for that from the outset.
For larger celebrations — 100 guests or more — we recommend starting at least three to four months ahead, particularly if you have a specific venue or date in mind.
