We sourced and dressed a venue that matched the brand's visual language, coordinating with the production team on lighting, set build, and branded touchpoints throughout the space. On the night, we managed all supplier coordination, staffing briefings, and real-time logistics so the client team could focus entirely on their guests.

Both. Some clients come to us for end-to-end delivery — concept, production, logistics, staffing, and post-event reporting. Others have an internal team handling parts of the project and need us for specific elements. We adapt our scope to fit how your team works.
We plan brand experiences for a wide range of scales — from intimate press previews for 30 guests to large-scale public activations. The approach changes with the audience size, but the level of detail and brand control stays the same regardless of scale.
