The scope varies depending on the level of service you need — from consultancy and support through to full end-to-end management.

Full-service event management covers every element of your event from initial brief to final breakdown. At Forte, this includes concept development, venue finding, supplier sourcing and coordination, run sheets, risk planning, on-site management, and a post-event debrief. You have one point of contact throughout, and we take full responsibility for delivery.

For large-scale events — conferences, galas, or awards ceremonies — we recommend engaging an event manager at least four to six months in advance. For smaller events, two to three months is typically sufficient. That said, we work with clients at various stages of planning, so it's always worth getting in touch even if your timeline is tight.

Yes. While London is our primary base, we manage events across the UK. We have experience delivering events in cities including Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Bristol, and beyond. If you have a specific location in mind, we'll let you know whether it's within our current coverage.
