A leading FTSE 100 financial services firm approached Forte Events to orchestrate their 50th anniversary celebration. The brief was clear: create an evening that honoured five decades of heritage while showcasing the company's modern, forward-thinking culture.
The event needed to impress 350 guests including board members, senior executives, key clients, and industry partners. Discretion was paramount, as was delivering an experience befitting the firm's prestigious reputation.

Our Approach
We began with an immersive discovery phase, interviewing key stakeholders to understand the company's journey, values, and vision. This informed every creative decision that followed.
The Savoy's Lancaster Ballroom was transformed into three distinct zones: a champagne reception showcasing archival photography, the main dining space featuring a dramatic centrepiece installation, and a late-night lounge for networking.
Our design concept—"Heritage Reimagined"—wove the company's history through contemporary luxury. Gold accents referenced the firm's founding era, while clean lines and modern floristry spoke to their current positioning.
The Result
The evening exceeded all expectations. The CEO described it as "the finest corporate event in our company's history." The seamless execution allowed guests to fully immerse themselves in the celebration, resulting in strengthened client relationships and significant positive press coverage.
