How much does luxury event planning cost in London?
Our events typically start from £2,500 for intimate private celebrations and £5,000 for corporate events. Full-production galas and flagship conferences range from £20,000 to £100,000+. Every event is bespoke — we'll provide a detailed proposal tailored to your brief and budget.
How far in advance should I book an event planner?
For large corporate events and galas, we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance. For intimate private celebrations, 6–8 weeks is usually sufficient. For peak periods (Christmas, summer, and key award seasons), earlier is always better.
What types of events do you plan?
We specialise in corporate events (galas, conferences, awards ceremonies, executive dinners, product launches, team building), private celebrations (birthdays, VIP parties, engagement parties, anniversaries), brand activations, and luxury weddings — across London and the UK.
Do you work outside London?

Can you help with venue finding only?
Absolutely. Our dedicated venue finding service gives you access to London's and the UK's most exclusive event spaces — including private members' clubs, rooftop terraces, historic halls, and venues not publicly listed. We handle all negotiations and site visits.
Do you plan hybrid and virtual events?
Yes. We offer full hybrid and virtual event production — including broadcast-quality live streaming, interactive digital platforms, multi-camera setups, and global audience management. In-person and virtual audiences receive the same premium experience.
