A signed contract and deposit are required to confirm your booking
Deposit amounts vary based on the scope of services (typically 25-50%)

All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel:

More than 90 days before: Deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future event
60-90 days before: 50% of total fee is due
30-60 days before: 75% of total fee is due
Less than 30 days: 100% of total fee is due

We recommend event cancellation insurance for all bookings.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information and timely decisions
Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
Make payments according to the agreed schedule
Inform us of any changes that may affect the event

6. Third-Party Suppliers

We work with trusted third-party suppliers (venues, caterers, entertainment, etc.). While we carefully vet all suppliers, their services are subject to their own terms and conditions. We act as your agent in coordinating these services but are not liable for their performance.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for:

Acts of third-party suppliers
Force majeure events (weather, strikes, pandemics, etc.)
Indirect or consequential losses
Guest behaviour or actions
