For away days at exclusive venues, 8–12 weeks is ideal. Leadership retreats at premium estates often require 3–6 months. We can accommodate shorter timelines — contact us to discuss availability.
Can you tailor the activities to our team's interests?
Absolutely. We start with a discovery call to understand your team's culture, goals, and preferences. Every programme is built around your specific objectives — whether that's improving communication, rewarding performance, or strategic alignment.
Do you handle transport and logistics?
Yes. We manage all logistics including transport from your office, venue transfers, accommodation for multi-day retreats, and return travel. You and your team simply show up.
Can you run team building events outside London?
We operate UK-wide. Popular locations include the Cotswolds, Scottish Highlands, Lake District, and coastal venues. We also have strong relationships with exclusive venues in Manchester, Edinburgh, and Bristol.
What's the minimum group size?
We work with groups from 8 upwards. Our Leadership Retreat programme is designed for senior teams of 10–25. For larger groups of 100+, contact us for a bespoke quote.
