A high-net-worth individual approached us through a trusted referral to plan their spouse's 50th birthday celebration. The brief: create an unforgettable evening that felt both intimate and luxurious, surprising the guest of honour with an experience that reflected their personality and passions.
Complete discretion was essential. The guest list included prominent figures from business and entertainment, requiring careful management of privacy and security throughout the planning process.

Our Approach
We secured exclusive use of a prestigious private members' club in Mayfair—a venue the guest of honour had always admired but never visited. This immediately set the tone for an evening of discovery and delight.
Working closely with the client's PA, we gathered insights into the guest of honour's favourite flowers, colours, cuisines, and music. Every detail was personalised, from the custom cocktail menu featuring drinks from meaningful life moments to the table centrepieces incorporating their favourite blooms.
The evening's highlight—a surprise performance by a beloved jazz vocalist—required months of confidential coordination. We managed all artist liaison, technical requirements, and timing to ensure a flawless reveal.
