Once you're happy to proceed, we issue a simple service agreement and take a small holding deposit to secure your date and begin supplier outreach. We move quickly to lock in the best venues and suppliers.

From this point, your event director is fully dedicated to your event.

Your event director and team are on-site from setup to breakdown. You arrive as a guest. We handle everything else.

Post-event, we debrief, settle all supplier invoices, and send a full event report.
