Your Dedicated Director Reaches Out
A senior event director — not a junior coordinator — will contact you personally. We'll ask a few focused questions about your event: the occasion, guest numbers, approximate date, and any initial ideas you have.
This is a conversation, not a sales call. We want to understand your vision before we talk numbers.
You Receive a Tailored Proposal
Based on our conversation, we'll prepare a bespoke proposal outlining our recommended approach, indicative investment range, and initial concept ideas. No templates, no generic packages.
The proposal is yours to keep — no obligation to proceed.
Concept Development Call
If the proposal resonates, we schedule a deeper discovery call to develop the concept, explore venue options, and align on budget. This is where the creative process begins.
We'll share venue options, mood boards, and initial supplier recommendations.
We Secure Your Date
Once you're happy to proceed, we issue a simple service agreement and take a small holding deposit to secure your date and begin supplier outreach. We move quickly to lock in the best venues and suppliers.
From this point, your event director is fully dedicated to your event.
Flawless Execution
Your event director and team are on-site from setup to breakdown. You arrive as a guest. We handle everything else.
Post-event, we debrief, settle all supplier invoices, and send a full event report.
