Our day-of coordination starts from £2,000. The Essential package covers a single coordinator for your ceremony and reception. The Premium package (from £3,500) adds a rehearsal, extended hours, and a second coordinator for larger weddings.
We step in 6–8 weeks before your wedding. We review all your plans, contracts, and timelines, then create a detailed run sheet. We contact all suppliers to confirm arrangements and conduct a venue walkthrough. On the day, we execute everything.
Not at all. Many couples who've done most of the planning themselves — or who have a venue coordinator but want dedicated, independent oversight — choose day-of coordination. It's for anyone who wants to be a guest at their own wedding, not the project manager.
